Free Videography Package Upgrade Competition

By entering this competition, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. The Prize

Three winners will each receive a free Videography Package Upgrade valued at R16 750.

The videography upgrade is not a standalone prize. To redeem it, the winner must book a qualifying Etienne Botha Wedding Photography package.

The qualifying photography package starts from R22 500.

The videography package upgrade will then be added to the winner’s qualifying photography booking at no additional charge.

2. How to Enter

Entry is open to couples who entered the competition by scanning the competition QR code at the Winelands Bridal Expo and submitting the required competition entry details.

Only valid entries submitted through the official competition entry process will be included in the draw.

3. Competition Closing Date

The competition closes on 15 September 2026.

Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the draw.

4. Winner Selection

Three winners will be selected by random lucky draw from all valid entries.

The winners will be selected after the competition closes and will be announced on 16 September 2026.

Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided when entering the competition.

5. Redeeming the Prize

To redeem the free videography package upgrade, each winner must book a qualifying wedding photography package with Etienne Botha Wedding Photo and Video.

Qualifying wedding photography packages start from R22 500.

The winner must complete their booking by the 30th of September 2026

A booking will only be considered confirmed once the required booking process has been completed, including acceptance of the applicable agreement and payment of any required booking fee or retainer.

The prize is subject to Etienne Botha Wedding Photo and Video being available on the winner’s wedding date.

If Etienne Botha Wedding Photo and Video is already booked or unavailable for the winner’s wedding date, the prize cannot be redeemed for that date.

6. Prize Value

Each videography upgrade is valued at R16 750.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, sold or exchanged for another service.

The prize applies only as an upgrade alongside a qualifying wedding photography booking.

The value of the videography upgrade cannot be deducted from the cost of the photography package.

7. Availability and Travel

All bookings remain subject to availability.

Any additional travel, accommodation or other costs that fall outside the normal inclusions of the booked package may still apply and will be communicated before the booking is confirmed.

8. Winner Response

Winners must respond to the winner notification within 5 days

If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, or does not meet the competition requirements, Etienne Botha Wedding Photo and Video reserves the right to draw another winner.

9. General Conditions

The prize may only be redeemed according to these competition terms and the normal booking terms of Etienne Botha Wedding Photo and Video.

Entering the competition does not guarantee availability for any particular wedding date.

Etienne Botha Wedding Photo and Video reserves the right to verify entries and to exclude entries that are incomplete, duplicated, fraudulent or do not comply with these terms.

The competition may be amended, suspended or cancelled if circumstances outside reasonable control make this necessary.

Any changes will be communicated as clearly as reasonably possible.

10. Personal Information

Personal information provided when entering the competition will be used for the administration of the competition, including contacting the winners.

Any additional use of personal information for marketing communication will be handled in accordance with the consent provided by the entrant and applicable South African privacy requirements.

11. Promoter

This competition is run by Etienne Botha Wedding Photo and Video.

By entering, participants confirm that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
